Leasing (or "Service Contracts")
IACX enters into all inclusive "Service Contracts" with producers that define the obligations of the parties involved. IACX is obligated to provide a processing asset with minimal shut-downs, stated purity and recovery rates, plant oversight…..and everything else related to its operation (a "flange-head-to-flange-head" operation). IACX is on the hook if it does not meet these contractual requirements.
IACX eliminates the burden of plant operations from the producer so that he is able to focus on his core compentancy - finding more natural gas and oil!
